• College Transcript(s): All previous college transcripts must be sent officially from the university(ies) attended.
• College Transfer Form: This form will need to be completed by you and the Dean of Students from the last university you attended.
  If you have not completed 12 credit hours at the last college attended, ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ Admissions requires that your official high school transcript and ACT/SAT scores be sent in to accompany college transcripts. (ACT/SAT scores are not required if the student has been out of high school three years or longer).
