eCHECKUP TO GO is a brief self-assessment tool available for use by students to examine their alcohol or cannabis use. Students can also complete a module focusing on sexual violence prevention. Alcohol and Cannabis eCHECKUPs provide immediate personalized feedback about individual use patterns, specific health and personal consequences, unique personal and family risk factors, campus and community support, and emergency services. Answers are CONFIDENTIAL. No name is attached to the form, and no personally identifiable information from the surveys will be stored.
